It’s the last day of the month and you need to make your monthly payment😱
Don’t stress there are 3 ways you can make your payment on time and you can find all 3 options on your account home page via the payment page 💪:
- Prime vouchers
- Instant EFT
- Credit/Debit Card
Pay with Prime voucher
What is a Prime voucher? A Prime voucher is a voucher you can use to make your monthly payment.
Where can I buy my Prime vouchers?
You can purchase Prime vouchers through Kazang or Flash retailers. Kazang vouchers are ikeja Prime vouchers and are mostly available in tuck shops and spaza shops. 1ForYou vouchers are under Flash, which are available at Pep, Pep Cell, some Shoprite or Checkers stores, tuck shops and spaza shops. You can use either your 1ForYou voucher or your ikeja Prime voucher to pay for your monthly fee.
How do I load my Prime vouchers?
After logging into the payment page you will be able to see the “Load voucher” field, enter your voucher number here.
How do I pay my account with an instant EFT?
After logging into the payment page, you will see the “Pay via instant EFT now” button, select it to start the EFT payment process.
To pay via EFT, just follow these easy steps:
- Once you have clicked the EFT option, you will be taken to a new page where you will see two further options:
- An option to pay for the upcoming month
- An option to pay for the upcoming month as well as the month after that
- Select your option and then select the bank that you are using.
- Enter your online banking details and the system will capture your payment.
How do I pay my account with a Credit/Debit Card?
After logging into the payment page, you will see the ”Pay via Credit Card now” button, select it to start the credit card/debit card payment process.
To pay via Credit/Debit card, just follow these easy steps:
- Once you have clicked the Credit/Debit option, you will be taken to a new page.
- On this page you will be asked how much you want to load onto your Prime account.
- You will enter the amount you need to pay and click on ‘Submit Payment request” here:
- Once you have clicked on ‘Submit Payment request, you will be taken to a secure payment gateway, here you will need to enter your mobile number and email address and choose which card payment method suits you. Select and insert your card details, scan your Qr code or enter your checkout details.
- Once you have completed step 4, you will be taken to a new page. Here you will complete the card holder name, card number, expiry date, CVV and budget period fields and then click ‘Pay Now!’. Please see the below image for an example.
