Moving to a new address
Perfect, you can move your ikeja connection to another property, as long as there is coverage in that area. There will be a minimum charge of R250.00 for the relocation, where the amount of the fee will be determined by where the relocation is.
Why am I being charged to move my equipment to another address?
The nature of our installs requires physical work in order to move your connection. From employee time to vehicle costs and the associated consumables (wall plugs, bolts, cables, etc.) this cost often runs well over R500 for ikeja. We pick up most of the bill so you don’t have to and as always we will install our equipment as neatly and professionally as possible 😌
Moving to a different area of my house
You are able to move your pole for a minimum fee of R250.00, depending on the building structure around the area. Why R250? We take into consideration labour that the team performs, as well as new cabling we have to run. Unlike a new install, we would be moving existing equipment in the same location so we have reduced the cost😁
