Online Sign Up
Once you have successfully signed up, you will receive your personal reference number which you will use whenever you have any queries (before your sign-up process is finalized). We will receive your application and a WhatsApp message will be sent to you to confirm and process the following details:
1. Your GPS location
This will be used to determine whether we have coverage in your area.
2. Contract
A detailed customer contract that you will be able to complete online. Please note, this contract is subject to change depending on your individual signup process.
3. Online Payment Link
Once you have signed and submitted the contract, you will then proceed to make an online payment of R850 (R500 install fee and R350 for your first monthly payment).
Office Sign Up
You will walk away with a physical copy of your contract. After you have signed up, we will contact you within a 7 day or less period from when your first payment was made, to schedule your installation date.
